Virtual Participation

Virtual event for those who would like to support and participate but are unable to physically make it to the event.

Course will be virtual distance of 4.5 mile ruck at 35# or 15# if less than 18yrs old, followed by a 4 mile run. Time between ending ruck and starting run must be no longer than one hour. HR data must be recorded as well as distance for scoring purposes.
